I'm sure you've seen the sucker-holding valentines that took the internet by storm for the last three years (find the originals here). Well, this is the same concept, only with Lego minifigs. We're huge Harry Potter fans around here (there's a Lego Harry Potter birthday party in the planning stages over here), so we went with a Potter theme this year.
You could do this yourself with any minifig or other poseable action figure. Just pose them with their arm outstretched, snap a picture, and add text.
Or you could just use mine.
Free Harry Potter font found here. The Lego backdrop for these is just Lego scrapbooking paper, found at Joann's. I had these printed as 4x6 photos for nine cents a piece.

Love it, Emily! Such a great idea!
ReplyDeleteOH MY GOSH! Thank you, thank you, thank you! We are Harry Potter nuts too. My little girls middle name is Hermione, that's how far we took it. My kids are going to love this!
ReplyDeleteThese are so fun! My girls are too princess-ey but I have some nephews that would flip for these. We will have to send them some like this. Awesome idea :)
ReplyDeleteSaved my butt. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteLove this!!
ReplyDeleteI am getting mine printed off today for my sons Valentines party.
I'm trying to figure out how you put the sucker in? At first I thought it was a hole punch but looking closer, I notice that's not right. Can you please me, I'm apparently not smart or crafty enough to figure this out..lol
